ACAS provides flexible air compressor repairs and air compressor service options to work with your existing business requirements. Our service ranges from supplying parts or providing one-time service calls to scheduling periodic maintenance programs for all your Houston air compressors, vacuums, and air drying equipment.
We will work with you to evaluate your compressed air and vacuum systems and make recommendations specifically designed for your business. We will set up a maintenance program to fit your needs, track when your scheduled maintenance is due and contact you to schedule your maintenance appointment.

Air Compressor Service Plans
Basic Plan
- Measurement of all significant operating pressures and temperatures.
- Inspect all gauges and monitoring instruments.
- Observation and adjustment of air and/or water cooling flows.
- Inspection of air and oil systems for leakage and correction of any minor leaks discovered.
- Inspect condition of condensate drains to ensure they are operating properly.
- Inspect condition of belts or drive coupling.
- Observation of the lubricating oil quality. Collection of oil sample and full laboratory analysis is included.
- Observation and recording of drive motor operating current, voltages and temperatures. (Except where voltage supplied exceeds 600 volts – unless permanent high voltage Instrumentation is installed as part of the Owner’s electrical equipment.)
- General inspection of the operating environment of the compressor.
Basic Plus Plan
Our Service Plan Maintenance is designed to be both cost effective and worry-free for you, the customer. Advanced Compressed Air Solutions LLC will relieve you of the burden of maintenance planning, and will take over responsibility for servicing on a regular basis. When servicing is due, you will be notified, in advance, and a mutually suitable date will be arranged. It’s a known fact, that proper routine maintenance on rotating machinery is the best way to maximize the up time of the equipment and ensure availability to meet your production needs. Service Agreement invoices when service are rendered.
The maintenance procedures that is included as part of this Programmed Maintenance Plan are indicated below. Below is a detailed description of the services to be performed during each maintenance procedure. This plan includes all parts and labor to perform the below listed items.
The services performed under this plan consist of some or all of the following procedures:
- Annual Maintenance Procedure – to be performed after approximately 1 year (or 8000 hours) of operation or 1 year (or 8000 hours) since the previous End of Year Maintenance Procedure was performed.
- Mid-Year Maintenance Procedure – to be performed after approximately 6 months (or 4000 hours) of operation or 6 months (or 4000 hours) since the previous End-of-Year Maintenance Procedure was performed.
- Inspection Maintenance Procedure – to be performed after approximately 3 months (or 2000 hours) of operation or 3 months (or 2000 hours) since the previous End-of-Year Maintenance Procedure or Mid-Year Maintenance Procedure was performed.
During these visits our Service Technicians will determine if a Cooler Cleaning Procedure is required and make this recommendation to the equipment owner. Also in our agreement there is a descriptive list of the Owner’s Maintenance Requirements.

- Replacement of air filter.
- Replacement of oil filter.
- Measurement of bearing vibration levels using shock pulse metering equipment.
- Lubrication of motor bearings according to manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Inspection of all safety switches.
- General cleaning of oil and dirt from exterior and interior of unit.
- Examination of the compressor operating logbook, and preparation of a complete report with interpretation of all findings for the Owner.
- Performance of Quarterly and Mid-Year Maintenance Procedures as outlined above.
- Inspect, and calibrate as necessary, all gauges and monitoring instruments.
- Inspect, and calibrate as necessary, all safety switches and other safety devices.
- Replacement of oil separator.
- Change compressor oil using Synthetic fluids.
- Inspect and renew as necessary the inlet unloader valve.
- Inspect and renew as necessary the minimum pressure valve.
- On units 15 HP and larger, inspect and renew as necessary the condensate drain valve.
- Inspect and clean vent valve parts as necessary.
Platinum Plan
